Symptoms

Solution

Tuner

A radio broadcast cannot be
received.

Connect the antennas. (P.8)

Connect the black and white cords of the AM loop antenna correctly.

(P.8)
Select the broadcast band (AM or FM). (P.22)

Tune the radio to the frequency of the desired station. (P.22)

A radio broadcast has
interference from noise.

Install an outdoor antenna away from roads.

Turn off any electrical appliances that may be causing interference.

Move the System away from the TV.

Automatic presetting does
not work.

Perform automatic presetting again. (P.23)

Manually preset stations with frequencies that you can receive. (P.23)

BLUETOOTH

Pairing cannot be done.

Reduce the distance between the System and the BLUETOOTH device.

Pairing may not be possible if there are other BLUETOOTH devices

around the System. In this case, turn off the other BLUETOOTH devices.

Connection failed.

Check whether the connected audio player supports A2DP (Advanced

Audio Distribution Profile) or AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control
Profile). (P.14)
Disconnect and connect again. (P.25)

Delete the registered information and pair the device again. (P.25, 27)

The sound skips or
fluctuates, or the connection
is lost.

Reduce the distance between the System and the BLUETOOTH device.

Make sure there is no obstacle between the System and the
