counter w i l l be turned on. If pressed a g a i n
( J K L ) ,
the counter w i l l be turned off.

© k H z / ^ s Indicator L E D
The k H z / i « s L E D indicator is provided to remind
the user of the current measurement d a t a unit.
T h i s L E D indicates the unit of the current
measurement operation. If the frequency measurement
mode has a c t i v a t e d , it means t h a t the measurement
value is output in kiloherz. The L E D indicates t h a t
the measurement value is displayed in microseconds
if a period is being measured or the self-check
mode is selected.
® M H z Indicator L E D
The M H z L E D indicator is provided to remind the
user of the current measurement d a t a unit.
T h i s L E D t u r n s on when the frequency measurement
value is displaed in Megaherz.

The display consists of e i g h t - d i g i t L E D s
indicating a l l the measurement values.
© O V E R F L O W Indicator L E D
The O V E R F L O W L E D is provided to n o t i f y the
user t h a t an overflow has occurred.
T h i s L E D blinks when a n y measurement d a t a
exceeds the d i s p l a y range.
© C H A N N E L B ( 8 0 M H z to 1 . 3 G H z ) Input juck
The C H A N N E L B input juck is a prescale input juck
provided t o a l l o w object s i g n a l s to enter the counter.
If the frequency of greater t h a n 1 0 0 M H z is measured,
t h i s juck is used a s the input juck. T h i s juck is
terminated w i t h a resistor of 50ohm.
T h i s input juck can be used to measure the frequencies
in the range between 8 0 M H z and 1,300MHz
( 1 . 3 G H z ) .
T h i s input juck can be also used to measure the
frequencies of less t h a n 1 0 0 M H z . However, it is
recommended t h a t Channel B be used f o r t h i s purpose
