SOLUTION SUPPLY SYSTEM
SOLUTION TANK AND SUPPLY SYSTEM CLEANING
Drive the machine to the appointed solution disposal area.
1.
• (For Razor™ 20T) Turn the ignition key (80) to “0”.
2.
(For Razor™ 20) Turn off the switches (71) and (73).
•
Empty the solution tank (20) with the hose (17).
3.
Start the machine (as shown in the User Manual) and keep it running until the solution tank is completely empty.
4.
• (For Razor™ 20T) Turn the ignition key (80) to “0”.
5.
(For Razor™ 20) Turn off the switches (71) and (73).
•
Clean the tank (20) with clean water.
6.
Start the machine (as shown in the User Manual) and keep it running until the solution tank is completely empty.
7.
Clean the solution ilter (see the following procedure).
8.
SOLUTION FILTER CLEANING
Drive the machine on a level loor.
1.
Turn off the switches (71) and (73).
2.
Close the solution tap (A) under the machine left lower side. The tap (A) is closed when it is on the position (B) and it is open
3.
when it is on the position (C).
Remove the transparent cover (D), then remove the ilter strainer (E). Clean and install them on the support (F).
4.
NOTE
The ilter strainer (E) must be correctly positioned on the housing (G) of the support (F).
Open the tap (A).
