BEFORE FIRST USE
Warning!
Packaging materials are not a toy! Do not allow children
to play with packaging materials as they pose a choking hazard if
swallowed!

Check delivery contents for any missing items or any possible
transport damage. If the appliance is damaged or some parts
are missing, do not use it and bring it back to your dealer.

Remove all packaging materials and keep them for future use.
–
Clean the appliance and its accessories. Let all parts dry
completely.

Operate the appliance at 200°C without foodstuffs for 10 - 15
minutes. Residues from the manufacturing process are released
and smoke and odours may be given off. This is normal and
does not indicate a defect or hazard.
OPERATION

Place the appliance on an even, stable, heat-resistant and dry
surface.
–
Make sure all the packaging is removed from the foodstuffs. The
frozen foodstuffs are to be defrosted at first.

The appliance switches off automatically when the frying bowl
is removed from the main unit. The appliance switches on and
continues cooking process, after the frying bowl is refit into the
main unit.
–
The appliance may produce condensation water on the base
during use. This is normal and does not indicate a defect or
hazard. Switch off the appliance, let it complete cool down
completely and clean it with a dry cloth.
