CHARGING THE JUMP STARTER
1. Insert one end of the AC/DC power adapter into the charging port of
the device and then insert the other end into power mains socket or car
charger socket.
2. When the device is charging, all indicators flash.
3. When the battery is fully charged, all indicators are on.
Notes:
• Please be sure the battery has been fully charged before first use.
• For optimum battery lifespan, charge it every 3 months.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible solution
Fail to charge
the device
• Check if the device is properly connected to the car
charger socket or power mains socket.
• Check if the device is not damaged.
Fail to turn on
LED indicators
• Check if the battery level is too low (the device may
have turned off automatically to save battery). If so,
charge the device and try again.
Fail to charge
USB external
device
• It is not possible to charge an external device and
jump starter simultaneously.
• Check if the battery level is too low (the device may
have turned off automatically to save battery). If so,
charge the device and try again.
Fail to start the
vehicle
• Check if the clamps are correctly connected (red
clamp to positive electrode (+); black clamp to
negative electrode (-)).
• Check if the voltage of the car to be started is 12 V.
• Check if there is any short-circuit in the clamps.
• Check the connection of the clamps and car battery.
• Check if the battery level is too low (the device may
have entered the protection mode automatically). If
so, charge the device and try again.
