A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION
WHITE RICE
1. Add the desired amount of rice and water to the rice pot according to the instructions on the package.
If necessary, use the supplied measuring cup. Swing the inner pot lightly to evenly distribute the
rice.Wash the rice 2-3 times in cold water to remove excess starch. As a result, the rice foams less during
the cooking process.
2. Put the rice pot in the rice cooker.
3. Add a pinch of salt to the rice pot according to taste.
4. Close the lid so that it clicks into place. Press the ON button for about 3 seconds to turn on the device.
The display lights up and a beep sounds.
5. Press the "WHITE RICE" touch button on the control panel of the device. The Flavor button also lets
you set whether you want your rice hard (rather dry and with a bite), medium (ie neither dry nor soft) or
soft (rather soft). Then the red LED lights up and a signal tone sounds.
6. Approx. 12 minutes before the end of cooking, the display shows the remaining time. The rice swells
up in this phase. The rice can already be taken for consumption during this phase. In order for the full
flavor of the rice to develop, it is advisable to wait until the end of this phase.
7. After the rice is cooked, the cooker automatically switches to the "KEEP
WARM "(keep warm function) The yellow LED is now lit and a beep sounds, which stops the rice from
cooking, but keeps it warm at around 70 ° C.
8. End the keep-warm function with the CANCEL button. Switch o

9. Carefully open the lid and stir the rice with the included rice bowl. Use the included rice spoon to avoid
scratching the inner pot. Do not use sharp or pointed objects to remove the rice from the pot.
