When calibration is OK
“Failed” means calibration has not
succeeded.
“OK” means it has been accepted.
Previous difference=RI at calibration - RI of water at preset temperature
RI (refractive index) of water at each temperature is shown in [8-1 Terminology
and references].
When calibration fails
“Stop” returns to main window.
“Recalib.” returns to calibration
navigator.
To
change
criterion,
press
“Calibration Setup”.
Calibration data are stored in calibration record. You can review on “Menu”
»”Data management” »“Calibration record”. For details, refer to the separate
Function Description.
Measurement can be performed without calibration when the set temperature is
above 75°C.
<Calibrate> will not be shown with the high temperature setting.
The “Calibration” button cannot be pressed.
* High temperature setting is available as an option. (RA-600 only)
Note
It is important to conduct a calibration to ensure accurate measurement.
If the power is turned off while a calibration is in progress, conduct a calibration
once again after turning on the power.
