CHECK AND TIGHTEN THE BELTS AT REGULAR INTERVALS. A NEW MACHINE SHOULD BE
CHECKED AND THE BELTS TIGHTENED AFTER 2 HOURS OF OPERATION.
CHECKING BELT TENSION

CHECK BELT TENSION REGULARLY
The belt should move 20 mm (10 mm on
each side) under pressure.
Bolts must be retighten at regular intervals.
To hold the sleeve in place when changing
the belt or pulley:
* Loosen and disassemble 3 bolts from the
pulley.
* Fit them into threaded holes on the sleeve
(see marked holes in the picture).
* Then remove remaining bolts.
* Replace belt/pulley and then assemble all
bolts.
* Tighten and check belt tension, adjust if
necessary.
CHECK AND TIGHTEN THE V-BELT AFTER 1 HOUR DRIVE !!
