The sawmill cuts too slow

1. Replace band saw blade
2. Remove the belt, the teeth must be
facing the rails
The mill vibrates too much
1. The log does not sit firmly on the rails
2. The belt is deformed
3. Wheel axle bearings are worn
4. The carriage is pushed forward too fast
5. Loose Bolts
1. Ensure that the log is securely attached
on the rail before operation
2. Replace belts
3. Check and replace the wheel bearings
if necessary
4. Reduce forward speed
5. Check all bolts and tighten if necessary
The machine cuts conical or
thinner in the end
The rail is not straight
1. Check that the rail is straight. Make
sure that the sawmill is placed on a flat,
hard surface.
