Warranty
1. Your Importer guarantees that the Z-Star™ Manual Juicer, provided it is not used commercially,
will be free from defects in material and manufacture for a period of two years. However, if you
have a reason to claim, please call our Z-Star™ Service Center and keep ready your invoice or
receipt or your customer number, in case you bought the device directly from the Importer.
2. If your Importer (p. 2) receives written notification of such fault from you during the period of
guarantee and there is indeed evidence of a fault, the Importer will either repair or replace the
Z-Star™ Manual Juicer. The replacement will either be new or as good as new. The Z-Star™ Ma-
nual Juicer may contain restored or repaired parts, the performance of which matches that of
new parts, or the parts may have already been used briefly.
3. Guarantee is absolutely ruled out for any damages caused by:
a) improper use of the Z-Star™ Manual Juicer
b) use of parts or accessories that are not the original parts or accessories
c) negligent, inadequate or wrong cleaning
d) inspection by non-authorized personnel
e) manipulation, false use or non-approved modification of the Z-Star™ Manual Juicer
4. The Importer accords no other guarantee, either explicit or implicit, written or verbal. Every imp-
licit guarantee of the aptitude for a specific purpose or implicit guarantee of the regular or satis-
factory quality will be restricted to two years, subject to the scope specified by local legislation.
Should this restriction or exclusion not be admissible in your country for the term of an implicit
guarantee, they will not be operative here. The present guarantee provides you with certain le-
gal rights and protection. However, you may be entitled to other rights that vary from country to
country.
5. Subject to the scope admissible under national legislation, the means of legal redress comprised
by the present declaration of guarantee are your only, exclusive legal remedies. Except for the
case cited above, the Importer is not liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for direct, unu-
sual, perfunctory damages, consequential damages (including loss of profits) or other damages,
either on the grounds of a contract or tort or otherwise substantiated. In some countries, it is pos-
sibly not allowed to rule out or restrict perfunctory damages or consequential damages. Should
you reside in such a country, the above restriction or preclusion will be of no consequence.
Should you have questions on the use, care or inspection of this product, please address them to
your Z-Star™ Service Center (page 2). Before you send back a device please call always the service
center. It is often enough to call per phone to solve the problem and it will spare packing up and
dispatch. If however the device return consignment is required, please speak in advance with your
Z-Star™ Service Center about the dispatch. You can minimize your forwarding expenses with the help
of it. Please send the complete device inclusive all the auxiliary parts, cleaned thoroughly and well
packed.
Store the original package for the case of eventual required return consignment.
