Apple Cream
Ingredients:
· 3
apples
· 20 almonds (soaked in water for a
few hours)
· 2 slices of fresh ginger
· ¼
lemon
· some cinnamon and a few slices of
lemon for garnishing
Yields almost 500 ml.
Juice all ingredients – alternate apples with al-
monds and ginger with lemon. Garnish your
apple cream with cinnamon and lemon slices
By the way:
This recipe also tastes delicious with pears in-
stead of apples.
Raw Food Ketchup
Ingredients:
· 4 ripe tomatoes
· 1 handful of soaked dried tomatoes
(keep the soaking water)
· 3 pitted dates
· 1 clove of garlic
· 60 ml cold-pressed olive oil
· juice from one lemon
· a pinch of sea salt
· freshly ground black pepper
Yields almost 500 ml.
Alternately add the fresh and dried tomatoes,
the dates, and the garlic into the Z-Star™. Stir
in olive oil and lemon juice and add salt and
pepper to taste.
If the consistency is too thick, add some of the
soaking water from the dried tomatoes.
Kept in a tightly closed container, the ketchup
keeps about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
