4) turning mail hole tightly
5) put needle valve and floater into seat of needle valve together, hook of needle valve is put on the tongue of floater
6) put the pin into seat of floater, floater pin go through the floater and floater in order
7) check the high in the range 13+_1mm,please adjust the tongue of floater if it is not correct
8) setting up the under cover body
9) setting up the idle,adjust bolt, spring, mixed proportion .adjust bolt , spring,washer and seal ring(as usual should put
down 1-2rings after finishing setting up
10) setting up the electronic thicken valve and resistance valve in order
11) put the oil needle, spring, oil needle into lever plug in order
12) setting up the lever plug, spring of lever plug and upper cover, then check whether is flexible or not
step of adjustment of carburetor
after setting the carburetor into engine, please adjust as following:
1) start and go about 3 minutes ,and keep engine ttubing in the correct temperature
2) adjust the idle,adjust bolt and make the speed of ring to reach 1600rpm
3) ttubing the mixed proportion, adjust bolt down bottom , not too rough
4) switch off engine(please check whether the connector of air cleaner is leaked or not, bolt is tighten or not, mouth of
air cleaner is blocked or not?
5) Ttubing out the mixed proportion, adjust bolt one ring
6) Restart and adjust the idle, adjust bolt and make the speed of ring to reach 2000-2500rpm
7) Slowly adjust the mixed proportion ,adjust bolt(counter clockwise direction) and stop when the speed of ring is
highest(at most ttub back the mixed proportion, adjust bolt 2 rings)
8) Re-adjust the idle adjust bolt, and slow the speed of ring to 1600+_100rpm
9) Pull the throttle then check whether the idle speed is stable or not?
10) Check the exhaust and compared with standard
Notice
1) handle carefully and not too be tight when adjust the mixed proportion, adjust bolt, otherwise it will damage the
head of bolt or broke down the bolt
2) the engine is easy to switch off if the idle speed of engine is too low, it will waste oil if the idle speed of engine is too
high
warning
ttub the throttle handle to highest position after the engine goes normally with idle speed, then loosen the throttle handle
completely, it means the throttle cable was not adjusted correctly if the idle speed is changed. So should pay much on
this way before examine the engine
