Disassembly and assembly of the carburetor
Disassembly
1) Take apart the seat of ATV and front or rear fender
2) keep the control switch of oil “off”
3) pull out the oil pipe ,in with pliers
4) loosen clip ring between carburetor and air cleaner
5) pull out the plug at the end of oil pipe, out. Put the fuel oil in floater room into another case
6) pull out high-press cap
7) pull out connector of electric thicken valve
8) loosen throttle cable
9) loosen the connected bolt between carburetor and engine then pull out carburetor
Assembly
step is opposite to the process of discharging
Notice
1) confirm whether the electric thicken valve is connected or not
2) confirm the carburetor is installed and no leakage
Carburetor assy
Step of disassembly
1

discharge down four bolts on the upper cover and pull out spring of lever plug or lever plug
2
、
turning out the cap of oil needle, pull out the oil needle and spring of oil needle
3
、
turning out the adjust bolt, mixed proportion, spring, washer, seal ring
4
、
turning out the idle adjust bolt and spring
5
、
take apart electronic thicken valve
1) take apart resistance air valve
2) take apart four bolts under cover
3) take out the floater pin, floater and needle valve in correct order
4) take apart main hole, foam pile and main jet in the correct order
5) turning out idle hole
6) clean all parts of carburetor with gasoline, then blow dry with high pressure washer
notice
1) when take apart other parts in floater room, first of all take apart floater and needle valve, keep floater away damage
2) when taking apart mail jet, begin from one side of lever plug hole, do not damage main jet
Step of assembly
1) turning idle hole tightly after confirming the inner hole and horizontal hole of idle hole are smooth
2) put main jet into mail hole( smaller diameter is against the mail hole)
3) turning foam pile tightly after confirming that the horizontal hole of foam pile is smooth
