Install the guide plate and chain on
the saw (Image 3).
Note the direction of the cutting
teeth (Image 4).
Align the hole in the cover lock pin
and the reverse hole in the guide plate
with the adjusting tooth to install the
side cover correctly (Image 5).
Tighten the compression nut
(Image 6).
• Under the chainsaw's protective cover there is a device to adjust the
chain tension, therefore: when installing the sword with the chain already
attached, make sure that the adjusting screw (Image 5) located inside
cover, is inserted into the lower hole guide sword to allow the necessary
chain tension adjustment.
• Check the chain tension, make sure it is not too slow and tight for the job.
• Fill in the oil tank.
• Check that the two bar fixing locknuts are screwed in correctly.
• Insert the battery into its housing until it locks and is secure.
