13.1.3 Requirements for ODU
Installation in Cold Regions
Protect the ODU from direct snowfall and be careful not
to let the ODU become covered in snow.
Snow may accumulate and freeze between the heat
exchanger and the unit casing. This may reduce
operational efficiency. For information on how to prevent
this after installing the unit, please refer to 13.3.3
