20 General information on electromagnetic compatibility
(only for electrically adjustable care beds)
All electrical drives comply with the principal safety requirements
mentioned in the directive of the council for the harmonisation of the
laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility
(EMC) (89/336/EEC). Wireless communication devices such as home
network devices, cellular or wireless phones and their base stations
or walkie-talkies can affect the proper functioning of this product and
should therefore be kept at a distance of at least 3,3 m (11 ft.).
