3 Assembly
3.1 Tools for assembly and adjustment
●
Combination wrenches, size 8, 10, 13, and 15 mm.
●
Hex keys, size 5, 6 and 8 mm.
●
Screwdrivers.
3.2 To assemble the handlebars

Make sure that the brake wires are put on the right
side of the front fork. If the wires are not installed
correctly, rotate the wires to the correct position.

Apply grease to the hole in the front fork and the bolt
at the lower part of the handlebars.

Install the handlebars at an applicable height in the
hole in the front fork. Make sure that it is deep
enough to be stable.

Make sure that the handlebars are straight and have
a correct angle. Tighten the clamping screw with a 6
mm hex key. (Figure 2)

Install the bell (8) and tighten the screws. (Figure 1)
3.3 To assemble the front wheel

Push the top parts of the front brake together and
unhook the brake wire so that the brake separates.
(Figure 3)

Place the front wheel into the front fork, with the tire
in the correct direction of rotation.

Make sure that the front wheel is centred between
the fork legs. Tighten the nuts alternately. (Figure 4).

Push the front brake together and install the brake
wire. (Figure 5)

Install the front mudguard (12) and the bike stand (18).
Tighten the screws. (Figure 1)
3.4 To assemble the pedals
Caution!
Install the right pedal on the right side of
the bike, and the left pedal to the left side of the bike. If the
pedals are not installed correctly, it can cause damage to
the threads on the pedals.

influence of alcohol, drugs or medicine. This has a
negative effect on your vision, alertness, coordination and
judgement.

Do not put anything on the carrier rack that will affect the
steering of the product or get caught up in the rear
wheel.

Do not hang anything on the handlebar that will affect
the steering of the product or get caught up in the front
wheel.

Do not try to do any stunt on the product.
