Back of the patient's
head is touching the
x-ray tube during the
exposure.

Reverse patient's hands on

carriage downwards
appears to the touch
panel.
Patient is tall and FOV
130 x 150 mm doesn’t
have enough room for
movement.
Seat the patient for the
exposure.
