5.4 Removing INTRA LUX head from shanks 2307 LN or
2320 LN

Rotate the clamping ring in the direction of the arrow to the stop and hold it
there. Pull the head out of the base from the front.
5.5 Insert the milling cutters or diamond grinders in
contra-angle 2325 L
Note
Only use carbide cutters or diamond grinders that comply with ISO 1797-1
type 3, are made of steel or hard metal and meet the following criteria:
- Shaft diameter: 1.59 to 1.60 mm (0.0626 in to 0.0629 in)
- Overall length: max. 25 mm
- Blade diameter: max. 2 mm (0.0787 in)

Use recommended dental burs or diamond grinders only

grinder properly.

Use of dental burs or diamond grinders with worn or damaged shafts.

Wear gloves or finger stalls.

Hazard from defective chuck system.
The cutter or grinder could fall out and cause injury.

Pull on the cutter or grinder to check that the chucking system is okay and
the cutter or grinder is securely held. Wear gloves or finger stalls when you
check, insert or remove the insert to prevent injury and infection.
NOTICE
Tool shaft slips inside the chuck due to excessive speed of the tool or
abrupt engagement of the tool.
Material damage to tool shaft and chuck system, reduction of the service life of
tool and chuck system.

Do not operate the tool at a higher speed than recommended by the manu-
facturer.

Material damage to the chuck system, tool is difficult or impossible to remove
from the chuck system.
