Change of the adjustment points
The SuperLine is serially delivered in the basic setting with wide breaker (13) for the work
with clinker bricks, tiles and patio flags made of porcelain stoneware from 16 – 22 mm,
adjustment point red
. In this setting the maximum breaking force can be achieved. If you
wish to adjust the machine for the work with tiles from 3,5 – 18 mm please follow the de-
scription

3,5 – 18 mm Plattendicke – Steckpunkt gelb
Für die Bearbeitung von Fliesen, Bodenplatten und Mosaik mit einer Stärke von 3,5 – 18 mm aus Steingut, Steinzeug,
Feinsteinzeug und Glas müssen sowohl der Brecher gewechselt als auch das Schneidrad in der Schnitthöhe umgestellt
werden. Dafür entfernen Sie die Bolzen (3a) beim Hebel und stecken diesen in den gelb gekennzeichneten Steckpunkt.
Im zweiten Schritt entfernen Sie am Brecherhalter den Bolzen und den breiten Brecher. Nun setzen Sie den schmalen
Brecher (12a) an dem gelb markierten Steckpunkt ein.
Achtung!
Beachten Sie die richtige Position der gefederten Kugel (siehe Zeichnung). Diese dient zum Einrasten des
Brechers, sodass dieser beim Anritzen der Fliese in der obersten Stellung gehalten werden kann.
3,5 – 18 mm flag thickness – adjustment point yellow
For the work with tiles, flags and mosaic with a thickness from 3,5 – 18 mm made of earthenware, stoneware, porce-
lain stoneware and glass the breaker has to be exchanged and the position of the cutting wheel has to be adjusted.
For this remove the bolt (3a) at the lever and place it at the yellow adjustment point. In the second step remove on the
breaker holder the bolt and the wide breaker. Now place the narrow breaker (12a) at the yellow marked adjustment
point.
Caution!
Please check the correct position of the spring-loaded ball (see drawing). This allows the breaker to lock in
the top position when cutting the tile.
