After selecting the field for the parameter TV/Ra, use the “+“
and “–“ keys on the control unit to set the reception mode:
“TV“ = TV programme
“Ra“ = radio programme
After pressing the submenu key, you will access the OSD
(for more information, see instructions manual for UFZ 383).

Note on 2.2 and 2.4 :
Input of satellite frequency or symbol rate is easier when each decimal position is set separately. To do this, use the cursor
keys “

“ or “
z
“ to select the parameter to be changed, then simultaneously press the keys “
y
“ and “
z
“ at the same time.
Now the desired decimal position can be addressed with one of the cursor keys.
The respective decimal position can be changed with the up/down keys “+“ or “–“ .
Return to normal operation mode by pressing the cursor keys “
y
“ and “
z
“ at the same time.
TV-Monitor screen :
When a CAM is not plugged in or not recognised, “No Module inserted” appears, otherwise the respective module name
will appear. OSD scrolling can be effected using the “+” and “-“ keys on the control unit :
“M“ on the white text line displaying the module name opens the module’s respective menu.
“M” on the white text line displaying “Reset Modul” effects resetting of the module.
M“ on the subtitle language (e.g. here dut-dutch) opens the subtitle selection list, which can be scrolled through using
the “+“ and “–“ keys.
Permanent activation of a subtitle language can be achieved with “M”. The subtitle list closes and the menu shown above
reappears. The subtitle language selected is then displayed in the yellow text field.
Exit the OSD and return to the control unit main menu by pressing the submenu key.

Various displays and selection options which cannot be sufficiently operated through the keyboard/display
symbol have been relocated to the OSD.
After selecting the field for the parameter “TV/Ra”, press
the submenu key to access the OSD.
