2.2. Manual Operation

While in “manual operation” page, the functions represented by the icons are controlled by
means of panel keys as shown in Figure 3. These functions are described as follows;
1.
Manual Operation Start/Stop:
This button is used for manual single cutting. If
you press one time, cutting progress will start. To cancel the progress, press once
again.
2.
Coolant Start/Stop:
Coolant pump is controlled by the keys next to the coolant
icon as indicated in Figure 3.
Coolant will not flow unless the manually controlled coolant valves (the red valves located
on the blade guide arms) are opened. The amount of coolant flow to the cutting region is
adjusted by means of these manually controlled valves.
Caution:
Operating the coolant pump without coolant in reservoir may cause damage to
the pump.
3.
Swarf Conveyor Start/Stop:
Swarf conveyor is controlled manually by the keys
next to its icon as indicated in Figure 3.
4.
Shuttle Vice Open:
This button does not function during cutting progress.
5.
Shuttle Vice Close:
This button does not function during cutting progress.
6.
Bow Up:
This button does not function during cutting progress.
7.
Bow Down:
This button does not function during cutting progress.
8.
Workpiece Pull:
This button does not function during cutting progress.
9.
Workpiece Forward:
This button does not function during cutting progress.
