CLEANING
ONCE DAILY:
1. Open the door and turn OFF the concentrate switch.
2. Using large vessel, dispense approximately 1 liter of water on each side.
3. Turn the concentrate switch ON and close door.
4. Clean the drip tray and the tray insert with a solution of mild dishwashing detergent and rinse
with hot water.
5. Wipe down the exterior cabinetry with a clean damp cloth.
WEEKLY:
1. Open front door and disassemble each fitment from the BIB’s and remove the fitment from the syrup lines.
2. Place each syrup line in at least 2 liters of a solution of 100° F water and dishwashing soap.
3. Turn the concentrate switch OFF and turn the concentrate switch ON.
4. Press each dispense handle until solution has flushed all concentrate from each syrup line.
5. Rinse each syrup line with at least 1 liter of 100°F water.
6. Mix a solution of US Chemical Sanitizer or equivalent equal to 100 parts per million chlorine into one gallon
of 100°F water.
7. Press each handle and dispense one half gallon of sanitizer per syrup line.
8. Wash the fitments in a solution of 100°F water dishwashing detergent.
9. Rinse the fitment and soak for 3 minutes in a solution of US Chemical Sanitizer or equivalent equal to 100
parts per million chlorine into one gallon of 100°F water.
10. Allow pars to air dry before reassembling fitments to tubing.
11. Reassemble fitments to B.I.B. packs.
12. Dispense each product until concentrate is primed thru each spout.
13. Turn the water switch to the ON position and close the door.
EVERY 6 MONTHS REPLACE THE CONCENTRATE TUBING.
