START UP

1. Press the POWER SWITCH to the ON position after connecting

the electrical source and plumbing source. The tank will auto-
matically fill and the heater will come on when the water level 
covers the heater and reaches the lower sensor probe.

NOTE: YOUR MODEL 622 IS SHIPPED WITH PUMP ROTORS IN
THE UNLOCKED POSITION. PRIOR TO PRIMING, LOCK BOTH
PUMP ROTORS (See Figure 2).

2. Open the door and load both product packs into the dispenser. 

Assemble the fitment to each product pack.

3. To prime, press the water switch to the OFF position and put 

the product switch to the ON position. To prime each side, 
press dispense for each side until the product is visually 
through all the tubing to the dispense spout. Turn the water 
on. (Fig. 3)
