CALIBRATION
The calibration can be adjusted by removing the small panel on the right side of machine (See Fig. 6). Depending on the
tubing size that is through the peristaltic pumps. Follow the chart located around speed dials (See Fig. 7).
The machine has been factory set to the ratio defined at time of ordering. To change this ratio, you must first slow thr awa-
ter flow by turning the adjustment knob clockwise. This knob may be found insude the dispenser. You must take off either
side panel and locate on water tube that is in-line with dispense valve. Once you have acheived the taste profile, you may
need to reset times. See page 3.
