Often, failures have simple causes and you
can do the troubleshooting yourself using
the following overview. If you are in doubt or
if the failure is not listed here please contact
the authorized customer service.

Check the mains plug and mains socket.
"
Clean the water filter inlay. Remove
blocks, if any, from the tubes and acces-
sories.
"
Change the water in the water filter con-
tainer.
"
Replace the HEPA filter.
"
Change the water in the water filter con-
tainer.
"
Clean the lid of the water filter container.
"
Switch off the vacuum cleaner, ensure
that the water level in the reservoir is cor-
rect and switch on the machine again.
Troubleshooting
Vacuum cleaning does not start.
There is no mains supply.
Poor vacuum cleaning.
Nozzle, suction hose or suction pipe
may be blocked.
HEPA filter worn out.
Poor cleaning performance
