Transportation

Note

Consider the weight of the appliance when storing it.

Lift up the appliance by the carrying handle, and car-

ry it.

When transporting the appliance in vehicles, secure 

the appliance against shifting and tipping over.

Storage

Note

Consider the weight of appliance when storing it.

Prior to extended storage periods (for example, during 

the winter), also observe the instructions in the care and 

maintenance section.

1. Place the appliance on an even surface.

2. Lock the spray lance into its compartment.

3. Attach the power cable and the remaining accesso-

ries to the appliance.

Frost protection

Note

Completely drain the appliance and accessories, and 

protect the appliance and accessories against frost.

1. Completely drain all water from the appliance:

a Switch on the appliance with the high-pressure 

hose and water supply disconnected (max. 1 

minute).

b Switch off the appliance until no more water exits 

at the high-pressure connection.

2. Store the appliance and all accessories in a frost-

free room.

Troubleshooting guide

Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can 

remedy yourself using the following overview. When in 

doubt, or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned 

here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.

Troubleshooting

Before doing any work on the appliance:

1. Switch off the appliance.

2. Unplug the power cable.

Appliance is not running

1. Pull on the lever of the trigger gun to switch the ap-

pliance on.

2. Check whether the voltage indicated on the type 

plate corresponds to the voltage of the mains sup-

ply.

3. Check whether the power cable is damaged.

Appliance does not start, motor hums 

Voltage reduction due to weak power supply or when 

using an extension cable.

1. When switching on the appliance, pull the lever of 

the trigger gun, and then switch on the appliance. 

Appliance does not have sufficient pressure

1. Check the water supply for adequate delivery rate.

2. Pull out the sieve from the water connection using 

flat-nose pliers, and clean the filter under the run-

ning water.

3. Appliance ventilation: 

a Disconnect the high-pressure hose.

b Switch the appliance on, and operate the appli-

ance (max. 2 minutes) until the water exits the 

high-pressure connection without bubbles.

c Switch the appliance off.

d Reconnect the high-pressure hose to the appli-

ance.

Strong pressure fluctuations

1. Clean the high-pressure nozzle:

a Remove the dirt / dust from the nozzle bore using 

a needle.

b Apply water to the front of the nozzle bore to rinse 

it through.

2. Check the water flow quantity.

Appliance is leaking

Slight leakage from the appliance pump is normal. If 

the leakage increases, please contact the next au-

thorised customer service site.

company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-

ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty 

period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-

turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please 

contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the 

next authorised customer service site.
