Every 500 operating hours, at
least annually
1. Have the device serviced by Cus-
tomer Service.
2. Change the oil.
Changing the oil
Note

1. Unscrew the four screws.
2. Remove the device cover.

3. Swing the oil drain hose down and
hold over an oil catch pan.
4. Pull the plug out of the oil drain
hose.
5. Remove the lid.
6. Remove the foam from the oil tank.
7. Wait until the oil has drained com-
pletely.

8. Insert the plug into the oil drain
hose.
9. Swing the oil drain hose upwards
and engage.
10.Fill in the measured quantity of oil.
11.Insert foam into the oil tank.
12.Attach cover and press it down.

Troubleshooting guide
DANGER
Risk of injury due to inadvertent de-
vice start-up and electric shock.
Switch off the device immediately and
unplug the mains plug before perform-
ing work.
Only have electrical components
checked and repaired by an authorized
Customer Service.
In the event of malfunctions not men-
tioned in this chapter, consult an autho-
rized Customer Service if in doubt and
if expressly indicated.
The device cannot be started
Check the connection cable for
damage.
Check mains voltage.
If the device is overheating:
a Set the power switch to “0”.
b Allow the device to cool for at least
15 minutes.
c Set the power switch to “1”.
In case of electrical failure, contact
Customer Service.
The device does not reach required
pressure
Check the size of the nozzle; for the
required size, see Chapter “Techni-
cal data”.
Bleed the device, see the Chapter
"Bleeding the device".
Clean the sieve in the water connec-
tion.
Check the water supply volume, for
the required quantity see Chapter
"Technical data".
Clean the nozzle.
Contact Customer Service if neces-
sary.
Pump leaking
Up to 3 drops of water per minute are
permissible.
In case of more serious leaks, have
the device checked by Customer
Service.
Pump is knocking
Check the water supply line for
leaks.
Bleed the device, see the Chapter
"Bleeding the device".
Contact Customer Service if neces-
sary.
Detergent admixture too low
Refill the foam nozzle cup.
Plug a larger gate onto the suction
hose.
