1. Charge the battery.

Note
The charge indicator flashes during the charging procedure.
It lights up continuously for 1 hour when the battery is fully
charged. For information on the charging time, see Chapter
Technical data.
 LED lights up permanently:
The device is in operation.
 LED lights up for 1 h: The de-
vice is connected to the pow-
er supply and the battery is
fully charged.
 During operation: Low bat-
tery voltage warning.
 The battery is discharged.
 During charging: Battery is
being charged.
