Caution
To avoid risks, all repairs and replacement of spare parts may only be carried out by au-
thorized customer service personnel.
First pull out the plug from the mains before carrying out any tasks on the machine.
Fault Cause Remedy
Pump runs but does
not transport Air in the pump see chapter "Preparation" Diag. A and B
and the chapter "Operation"
Suction pipe blocked Pull out the mains plug and clean the suc-
tion pipe
Pre-filter is dirty Remove the prefilter and the backflow
valve and clean them under flowing water,
rinse any dirt residues from the fill neck by
opening the discharge opening.
Pump does not run or
suddenly comes to a
standstill during oper-
ations Power supply interrupt-
ed Check fuses and electrical connections
Motor protection fuse
switched off the motor
because of overheating Pull out the mains plug, let the pump cool
down, clean the suction area, prevent dry
running
Pump stops, all lights
blink Failure on the suction
side, pressure cannot
build up Remove the prefilter and the backflow
valve and clean them under flowing water,
rinse any dirt residues from the fill neck by
opening the discharge opening.
Check connections on the suction side for
leakage.
Restart the pump by continuously press-
ing the - button.
Dry run fuse shut off
the appliance due to
lack of water flow. Fill the water reservoir and switch on the
pump again.
Flow meter is jammed
or missing. Check installation and correct orientation.
Clean flow meter.
Restart the pump by continuously press-
ing the - button.
