Please check the following list before requesting a repair:

The main unit is not turned on.

Probe is not connected properly.
Turn off the power. Reconnect the
probe to the main unit and turn the

Contact of the terminal block is dirty.
Clean the contact of the terminal

Abnormal Output Probe is not connected properly.

probe to the main unit and turn the

The ROM number is not consistent
with the probe number.
Insert

correct
ROM
that
corresponds to the probe number.

Measured velocity is out of the
specified range.
Confirm the probe specifications.

FG terminal is not connected to
ground.
Confirm that FG terminal is properly
connected to ground (earthed).

Influence of noise.
Confirm the output in an environment
with less noise (e.g. outside the office
or plant). If the output there is found to
be normal, noise prevention measures
need to be taken at the measurement
location.
