Prior to dispensing the very first drink, press the respective tap for approx. 1 min. in order
to dispense only water (rinsing the water line).

Open the concentrate valve – the juice dispenser is now ready.

6.2 Water flow/concentrate supply control
Use the set screw (W) on the left-hand side of mixing valve to calibrate the water flow. Used in
the right set screw (K) to calibrate the supply of the concentrate. Use an 8 mm fixed spanner to
adjust the set screws.

Turning the screws to the left will increase the flow.

Turning the screws to the right will decrease the flow.
IMPORTANT
Only an authorised technician shall be permitted to adjust the water flow and the
concentrate supply line in order to guarantee the best-tasting juice.
6.3 Removing an empty Bag-In-Box
IMPORTANT
Open the tap in order to flush the line.
Proceed as described on page 23 in chapter 6.1, however, in reverse order.
