Chicken and Coriander Burgers
Makes 8 mini-burgers
200g chicken mince
1 tablespoon onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 slices white bread
1 tablespoon coriander, washed
1 x 59g egg
1.
Preheat your mini-burger maker until
the ready light turns on.
2.
Place all ingredients into a food
processor and process until combined.
3.
Measure out patties using the mini-
burger patty spoon.
4.
Place meat patties onto each mini-
burger grill plate.
5.
Place the lid down and cook for 3-5
minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
6.
Remove using silicone tongs and place
onto paper towel to drain.
Serving suggestion – Shredded red
cabbage, fresh coriander and sweet
chilli sauce.
Potato Rostis
Makes 8 mini rostis
150g potato, grated, drained
50g sweet potato, grated, drained
1 tablespoon onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon thyme, washed, chopped
1 x 59g egg
¼ cup plain flour
1.
Preheat your mini-burger maker until
the ready light turns on.
2.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and
mix until combined.
3.
Measure out rostis using the mini-burger
patty spoon.
4.
Place rostis onto each mini-burger
grill plate.
5.
Place the lid down and cook for 3-5
minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
6.
Remove using silicone tongs and place
onto paper towel to drain.
Serving suggestion – Poached egg,
wilted baby spinach and fresh
lemon juice.
