Limited Five-Year Warranty
Kallista warrants that its products conform to the relevant published specifications, and are free of defects in
workmanship or materials during normal residential use.
Kallista warrants, for a period of five years from the date of purchase from Kallista, that it will replace or
repair any product, with the exception of product within the Kallista Hampstead and Stafford Vitreous line,
which, having been installed and maintained in accordance with Kallista’s instructions and with best
technical practices, fails to function or becomes defective through a fault in Kallista’s materials or
workmanship. Any damage to a product, even if not immediately apparent, due to misuse, abuse, accidents,
improper installation or improper maintenance, voids this warranty. [Please note that products installed in
coastal areas, or that are exposed to higher than normal levels of saltwater or residue, will require more
thorough and rigorous cleaning and maintenance.]
Kallista reserves the right to replace a faulty product which is no longer manufactured with an equivalent
product.
In the unlikely event of a claim under this warranty, the customer’s only obligation is to notify Kallista in
writing, stating the problem, the product, and giving proof of purchase. Neither Kallista nor its successors or
assigns, accept liability for loss, damages, or injuries relating to the product. To obtain warranty service,
contact Kallista by calling 1-800-4KALLISTA.
NOTE: To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties including that of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Kallista, Inc. and its successors and assigns disclaims
any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, nor the exclusion or limitation
of special, incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives the buyer specific legal rights. The buyer may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
