4.0 Troubleshooting and Upkeep
The following tasks should be performed monthly to keep your system operating at peak performance.
• Poor Vacuum Pickup
1. Check Squeegee Blades. If blades are worn or damaged, replace Squeegee Head.
2. Clean float cage.
3. Check for leaks in the Vacuum Hose or Gasket.
4.
Check for clogged Vacuum Hose.
5.
Check to see if float ball was tripped.
• Vacuum Shuts Off Prematurely
1. Check Float Cage; clean if dirty.
2. Cleaning Chemicals may be producing too much foam. Use correct Chemicals.

Unscrew cuff at end
of Vac Wand, remove
old head and replace
with new every 6-8
weeks for optimal
performance.
Check for worn squeegee blades.
Worn blades cause streaking and
loss of vacuum suction.
