IX32 can be set 3 types of operation mode
:
:
Test mode
The detector will give an alarm only after 5s when
it was triggered, and send a monitor signal every 15 minutes to
report the status of detector and battery
.
:
Power save mode When the detector triggered, only after three
minutes can give an alarm again. the detector will send a monitor
signal every 65 minutes to report the status of detector and battery.
Code mode: Press tamper switch for 3 seconds and then release it,
the detector will send an identification code to the receiver.
IX 32 has the following 3 types of pulse optional:
One pulse: The detector gives an alarm when it checks one pulse.
Two pulse: The detector gives an alarm when it checks two pulses.
Three pulses: The detector gives an alarm when it checks three pulses.
The pulse count is higher and the sensitivity is lower, but can reduce
false alarm.
3.4 Replace battery
The detector will send out low battery signal to the control,
then customer should replace the battery. Remove the detector
bottom cover, placed the new battery in right polarity.(As right
picture shows)
Code study setting:
1. Set the detector to normal mode, install batteries rightly, then LED indicator will turn
on. Set the detector to code mode( panel enrolling please refer to relevant User
Manual),during the 3s after panel pressing confirm key to operate:
a. Wave hands in front of the IX 32 detector, the detector will send panel an alarm signal,
if panel gives corresponding voice prompt, means enroll successfully.
b. Trigger the detector tamper switch, the detector will send out an alarm signal, if panel
gives a corresponding voice prompt, means enroll successfully.
2. Enroll code manually by entering address code: Set the panel to manual code study
mode, then enter 9-digit address code tag of the detector, which will be more efficiently
in enrolling.

.
Detector code study setting:
1. Set the detector to test mode to perform walking test. Pulse count can be set by PULSE 1,2,3.
2. Walk breadthwise from any direction at the remote detection coverage at the speed of
0.75m/s, then the LED indicator blinks for several seconds and alarm triggered.
3.Test in different direction to confirm the two boundaries of detection. Ensure the detector
rightly points to the central detection zone.
4. The center of detection zone should not uphill inclined. In order to obtain a good detection
range, please adjust the vertical detection range, to ensure the detector is in right position.
5. Perform the walk test again as above when you have adjusted the detection range.
6. When the detector passed the walking test, please adjust the test mode to normal mode.
Please don’t invert the detector while installing. Here advice user to have a walk test every week.

Walking test in detection area
Our made product are quite stable in performance, but as the product itself transmission limited in bad circumstance
and conditional application, so it still has limited in usage. As the following situations:
1. Panel power voltage unstable
2. Detector power low voltage ,etc.
Warning: If the problems caused by user’s incorrect operation, our company will not be responsible to it!
