Operation with the DTV menu
Locking/unlocking channels
You can lock certain channels for the
Parental Control function to prevent them
from being viewed by inappropriate persons.
A correct PIN code is required to unlock
these locked channels and view the
programme.
• You need to enable the Parental Control
function in order to let the channel lock
take effect (see “Parental Control” on
page 34).
1 In the DTV Menu, press the

buttons and choose Favourite
Lists, and then press the OK button
The Favourite Lists menu appears.
2 Press the
6
buttons and choose
Check and Modify, and then press
the OK button
3 Press the
6
buttons and choose
the Favourite list in use, and then
press the OK button
If you haven't created any favourite lists
yet, choose TV.
4 Press the
6
buttons and choose
the channel you want to lock, and
press the red button to lock it
The icon appears once the channel is
set as locked.
5 Repeat the step above if you want
to lock other channels
6 Press the BACK button
You will be asked if you want to save the
changes.
7 Press the

buttons to choose
Yes, and then press the OK button
• If you want to unlock the channels,
press the
6
buttons to select the
channel that is set as locked (with the
icon), and then press the red button,
and make sure that the icon
disappears.
8 Enable the Parental Control
function (see “Parental Control” on
