3.1.7 Removing the CD mechanism assembly
(See Fig. 7)
• Prior to performing the following procedures, remove the front
panel assembly, bottom cover, front chassis assembly, side
panel, rear bracket and main board.
(1) Remove the three screws

attaching the CD mechanism
assembly on the top chassis.
(2) Take out the CD mechanism assembly.

(1) Remove the four screws

(2) Release the ten joints

and remove the rear cover. (See

(3) Release the joint

and take out the switch board from the
front panel assembly. (See Fig.10)
