Connecting to a computer directly
(Wi-Fi Direct)
Using the WPS function
1
Press and hold the power button to power off.

Disconnect the LAN cable that connects the
camera to your computer.

Set the network mode switch to "DIRECT".

Press and hold the power button to power on.
The record button starts blinking. Wait until it stops
blinking and off.

Establish a WPS connection on the computer.
For connection, refer to the instruction manual of the
device.

Press and hold the "WPS" button.
When the "WPS" button stops blinking and stays lit,
the connection is complete.
If no connection cannot be established within two
minutes, the "WPS" button turns off. Try again, or
set up manually.
Connecting manually

Press and hold the power button to power off.

camera to your computer.

Set the network mode switch to "DIRECT".

Press and hold the power button to power on.
The record button starts blinking. Wait until it stops
blinking and off.

Connect to DIRECT-**JVCCAM via wireless LAN
of the computer.
• For connection, refer to the instruction manual of
the device.
• The password is "password" at the time of
purchase.
