When a failure is suspected...
Symptom Cause and Solution
The monitor won’t turn on!
(The LED indicator is off.)
• Make sure the monitor AC power cord is plugged.

• Check if the monitor is turned on.
The screen doesn’t come on!
• Check if cables are connected correctly.

• Check if the computer is turned on.
• If the LED indicator is orange, the computer may be in
power saving mode. Press any key on the keyboard to
wake up the computer.
• “DP Power” function may be selected OFF. Please turn
on a monitor by the stand-by key or the main switch.
• The input signal frequency or display resolution may
not be appropriate for the monitor. Refer to the
computer instruction manual and adjust the frequency
and/or resolution.
“No Signal” appears…
• Check if signal cables are connected correctly.

• Check if your computer turns on.
• The monitor resolution may not be appropriate for
the monitor. Refer to the computer instruction manual
and adjust resolution.
LED indicator keeps flashing
in green
• Turn off the main power switch, and after five seconds,
turn it on again. If the error status still remains, please
consult your dealer.
Images on computer are not
displayed properly.
• Images might not be displayed well by the
combinations of graphics card, driver and OS etc. For
recommended graphics cards, please consult your
dealer.
