2 Preparation
Example:
Proceed as follows to prepare coffee and hot water
at the
same time.
Precondition:
‘Please select product:’
is displayed. The ‘simultane-
ous preparation’ function has been activated.

Place one cup under the dual spout and another under the
hot-water spout.
T
Press the
‘Coffee’
button.
Preparation starts. The preset amount of water for coffee
flows into the cup.
T
Press the
‘Hot water’
button.
Preparation starts. The preset amount of water flows into
the cup.
Preparation of both products stops when the preset amounts
have been dispensed.
‘Please select product:’
appears on the
display.
There are two ways of preparing hot water:

‘Hot water (continuous)’
U
Water is dispensed from the hot-water spout until it is can-
celled by pressing the Rotary Switch
k
or the
‘
’
button.
U
‘Hot water’
U
The preset amount of water flows into the cup.
The following temperatures can be selected for preparing hot water:
‘Low’
,
‘Normal’
,
‘High’
.
There is a danger of scalding from hot water splashes.

Avoid direct contact with the skin.
