Using an electric bicycle presents potential risks/ hazards - suitable 
caution and commonsense is required at all times. There are inherent 
hazards associated with the use of this product ( such as falling off ). It 
is of course, possible to lose control or otherwise get into dangerous 
situations even with taking all appropriate precautions. All riders and 
any  person  supervising  them  must  recognize  that  a  rider  can  be 
seriously injured or die even when using safety equipment and other 
precautions.
