5.Shutdown

First, reduce the throttle, pull the clutch handle to the "off" position, put the gear shift lever to the neutral

position, and then turn the tool control lever to the neutral position. Close the throttle, the diesel engine

stops running, and then put the clutch handle to the "on" position.

Part 7 Maintenance

A.Technical maintenance:

1.Technical maintenance of each shift:

(1).Remove the external pollution of the whole machine, check and eliminate oil leakage, water leakage

and air leakage.

(2).Check the V-belt tightness and adjust it if necessary.

(3).Check whether the oil and water in the gearbox and diesel oil pan, oil tank and water tank are enough,

and if not, add them.

(4).Tighten the nuts and bolts for inspection.

(5).Check whether the control mechanism is flexible and reliable, and adjust it if necessary.

(6).The maintenance of diesel engine shall be carried out according to the regulations of diesel engine

operation manual.

2.First level maintenance (every 250 hours):

(1).Complete the maintenance of each shift.

(2).Check and clean the clutch release bearing and add lubricating oil.

(3).Check and adjust the control system.

3.Three level maintenance (every 500 hours):

(1).Complete the first level maintenance.

(2).Check the V-belt for wear and replace if necessary.

(3).Remove the clutch and check its wear. If there is oil, clean it with gasoline or kerosene, and replace

the friction plate if necessary.

(4).Clean the gearbox and change the lubricating oil.

4.Technical maintenance (every 1500-2000 hours):

Remove all parts and clean them, check and measure the technical condition and wear condition of all

parts, and determine whether the parts need to be repaired or replaced. After the whole machine is

installed, the chassis shall be adjusted, run in, used and maintained in accordance with this manual and

the engine shall be adjusted, run in, used and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the diesel

engine operation manual.

B.Lubrication:

The diesel engine part shall be carried out according to its operation manual.

HL-30 gear oil can be used in southern region, HL-30 gear oil in summer, HL-20 gear oil in winter, or

HQ-15 (summer) HQ-6 (winter) lubricating oil. The oil quantity of gearbox is to screw out the oil level

screw and then add oil until the oil can overflow from the screw hole. Hc-14 oil is used to lubricate the

active parts of each control system and clutch release claw; zg2 grease is used for clutch bearing and

release bearing.
