Part 10 General rules of warranty policy terms and conditions
1.Within the specified validity period of Warranty, the product fails and cannot be used normally, which is
really caused by the manufacturing quality identified by our company. Our company is responsible for the
warranty of the whole machine, and the guarantee period is within 12 months from the date of delivery
(excluding the quick-wear parts, i.e. screen, hammer, screw, etc).
2.In case of any of the following circumstances, it is not within the scope of Warranty, and the company
will charge for repair:
(1).Early wear and failure caused by improper use, repair and maintenance;
(2).Failure caused by components and parts that are not allowed to be refitted, adjusted and disassembled
according to the product manual;
(3).Machine damage caused by the user's violation of the operating procedures;
(4).There is no three guarantee certificate or valid invoice, and the product number and model are
inconsistent with the real object;
(5).Failure to maintain the original damage or without the consent of the seller and maintainer after the
failure, so that the cause of the failure can not be identified by technology.
