Charging
Plug the charger into a mains outlet and connect it to the battery charger wire. Charging time: about 2
hours. Fully charge the battery before use. Overcharging the battery can result in a risk of fire and/or
explosion.
NOTE:
1.
Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the type plate.
2.
Do not leave the battery unattended when
charging.
3.
The battery will be warm after use. Allow it
to cool for at least 30 minutes before
charging.
4.
Do not burn batteries – risk of explosion.
NOTE:
Always switch off the product when it is not in use.
Frequency setting
Set a suitable frequency the first time the product is used. Make sure that the product does not use the
same frequency as other radio controlled equipment in the vicinity. Follow the instructions below.
1.
Hold the throttle lever in the lowest position while switching on the radio control and pulling out the
antenna.
2.
Switch on the helicopter and place on a level surface in the middle of a large open area. The
helicopter should be turned with its tail towards you, at least 2–3 metres away. The red status light
flashes to show that the helicopter is searching for the radio control frequency. The frequency is set
when the red status light starts flashing more slowly, and the product is now ready to be used.
3.
Never fly near people or animals, buildings or overhead power lines etc. Watch out for obstructions.
Adjusting the swash plate
1.
To check the swash plate, switch on the
radio control with the power switch, set the
lever and trimming knob for the throttle in
the lowest position and set the lever for
left/right and up/down in neutral position.
Check that the swash plate is horizontal.
2.
Follow the instructions below to adjust the
swash plate if it is not horizontal. (1) To
adjust the elevator and alleron, undo the
screws for the toggle lever on the motor and
switch on the power supply to the helicopter
again. Put the elevator and alleron in the
required positions and adjust the motor stay
and toggle lever to 90°. Tighten the screws.
(2) Adjust the length of the motor stay so
that the swash plate is horizontal.
CHARGING
Connection for charging:
Connect black to black
and red to red.
WARNING:
Make sure to connect the battery
with the correct polarity.
