SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the User Instructions carefully before use
Make sure that the hand warmer is not punctured or damaged.
Do not press the activation plate when the hand warmer is warm.
Keep the hand warmer out of the reach of children.
Do not consume the contents in the hand warmer.

USE
The hand warmer is intended to be used to warm cold hands.
How to use
1.
Hold the heat pad with its liquid content in one hand while pressing several times on the activation
plate with the fingers of your other hand. The liquid inside the hand warmer congeals as the hand
warmer gets warm.
2.
Press the hand warmer as it congeals if you want to change its shape.
3.
Put the hand warmer in, for example, a glove to warm your hand.
Reactivating the hand warmer
1.
When the hand warmer has cooled, put it in boiling water for three minutes to activate it again.
When the content in the hand warmer has become liquid and cooled it is ready to be used again.
2.
The hand warmer can also be activated by putting it in a microwave, in a bowl of water. Switch on
the microwave at medium power for about 40 seconds.
