SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
Read and understand what is written below before using the filter pump.
WARNING!
Never handle the power cord with wet hands or when you are in water – risk of electric shock.
Connect the power cord to an earthed mains socket with a residual current circuit breaker, otherwise
there is a risk of electric shock.
Never use a damaged or worn power cord – risk of electric shock.
The filter pump is not designed to be used by children; it must only be fitted and used by adults.
Do not bury the power cord. Position the cord so that it cannot be damaged by lawnmowers,
trimmers, etc.
Do not use an extension cable with the product.
Before using the pool, check that all hoses are connected correctly and that all connections and
brackets are seated correctly.
Do not use the filter pump to clean the pool.
The filter pump is designed for use for non-permanent pools only. It must not be used for pools
installed permanently. Incorrect use will cause overheating, which may destroy the motor.
Never leave the pump running without water – risk of overheating.
Air in the filter pump will cause the motor to race and may damage it. Carefully turn the bleeder screw
1–2 turns to release all air from the filter pump and filter housing.
