SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the instructions carefully before use!
Place the trampoline on a flat, even surface.
The trampoline must be secured to the ground in windy weather.
Check the trampoline regularly for damage.
Make sure that the user knows how to use the trampoline before using it.
Only one person is allowed on the trampoline at a time.
Check that the trampoline is assembled correctly before use.
Remove all sharp objects from the area around the trampoline.
Do not use the trampoline if it is damaged. All broken or faulty parts must be replaced immediately.
Do not use the trampoline until this has been done.
The trampoline must not be used indoors.
Never jump down onto the trampoline from another platform.
Always land in the middle of the mat, but no more than 30 cm from the middle.
There must be a clearance of 7.3 metres above the trampoline when it is used. There must be no
branches or protruding roof parts above the trampoline. Make sure that there is a safe area of at
least 2.5 metres around the trampoline.
Parents and other adults near the trampoline must be aware of what situations may occur when
children are using the trampoline.
Children must not be left unsupervised near to or on the trampoline.
Anyone using the trampoline must be completely healthy.
Children must be told how to use the trampoline before using the trampoline. This is not a toy.
People must not crawl in beneath the trampoline. There is a risk of serious injury or death.
Be aware that using the trampoline incorrectly or exaggeratedly may be harmful to health.
Make sure no objects are protruding into the area around the trampoline.
Always wear suitable footwear and clothing when using the trampoline. Clothes must not be
capable of becoming caught in the trampoline during use. Wear footwear providing good grip and
support.
Assemble the trampoline as per the assembly instructions. Only use the parts supplied. Check the
parts and compare them with the assembly instructions before assembly.
Place the trampoline on a level, dry surface. Protect it from moisture. A non-slip mat may be placed
under the trampoline to prevent pressure marks.
The trampoline is not a toy. It must only be used under adult supervision.
Stop using the trampoline if you feel dizzy, nauseous or experience chest pains or other symptoms.
If in doubt, contact a doctor.
Children and disabled people may only use the trampoline under the supervision of an adult who
can help out and provide support and advice.
Keep body parts away from the moving parts of the trampoline.
If any part(s) of the trampoline is (are) adjusted, this must be done as explained in these
instructions.
Do not use the trampoline immediately after eating.
Never do somersaults on the trampoline. There is a risk of serious injury or death.
The trampoline must not be used by anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
The trampoline must not be used by anyone weighing more than 100 kg.
