Ensure that 5 mm of the wick is above the
wick holder.
If the wick needs to be replaced, only use
wicks designed for this purpose. Maximum
length 180 mm, Ø 12 mm.
Make sure the wick is secure in the wick
holder and that it fills the entire opening.
Extinguish the torch with the cap and do
not touch the cap or the torch before it has
cooled.
MAINTENANCE
The torch is made of high quality stainless steel and requires no special maintenance. Dry the torch
occasionally using a soft, damp cloth to restore the natural stainless sheen. Wipe the cap with a soft cloth
to remove any rust. Discolouration around the wick holder is a natural effect of the high temperature and
is not a defect. When the wick stops burning and the torch has cooled, it is time to trim the wick and pull
up more wick, about 0.5 cm above the wick holder. If the torch has a very high flame and is producing
smoke, the wick is too long and should be shortened.
