OPERATION
The ear defenders are intended to dampen sound from the surroundings in order to reduce or eliminate
the risk of hearing impairment. There is also a built-in radio for entertainment. Note however that
awareness of hazards in the surroundings is reduced when the radio is used.
Putting on the ear defenders
1.
Adjust the length of the headband by pulling out the ear cups.
2.
Place the ear cups over your ears with the antenna located on the right-hand side. See figure.
3.
Adjust the ear cups by moving them up or down as illustrated.
4.
The ear cups must seal fully around your ears. Move your hair if this is in the way.
5.
Activate the radio with the knob (2) and set the station and sound level.
